1 year agoHouston Texans tight end Dalton Schultz (ribs) remains out of training camp practice on Thursday. Brevin Jordan (hamstring) is also on the sidelines. Schultz took a hard shot to the ribs at practice on Sunday and hasn't been on the field since. The Texans don't think it's a serious injury, though, so the 27-year-old tight end shouldn't miss much more time. Teagan Quitoriano (undisclosed) also hasn't been practicing of late, so the Texans are thin at the position in camp. It's one of the reasons they signed veteran journeyman Nick Vannett on Wednesday. Schultz could see a decent target share in his first year in Houston given their lack of experienced pass-catchers, but fantasy managers shouldn't consider him much more than a low-end TE1 in an offense that isn't scaring anyone.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
