1 year agoBuffalo Bills rookie tight end Dalton Kincaid has looked the part throughout the offseason and so far in training camp this summer. He has remained a consistent target for quarterback Josh Allen while working with the first-team offense, and he's constantly made himself available while completing sizable gains during 11-on-11 work. The 23-year-old has a great feel for the soft spots in zone coverage and has also been tough to defend in one-on-one coverage. However, one of the main obstacles in his way for 2023 is the team's usual operating procedure with first-year players. The Bills have shown hesitation to put rookies into significant first-year roles, so Kincaid is going to have to continue to earn the team's trust.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
