Dak Prescott No Longer On A Pitch Count
3 years agoDallas Cowboys offensive coordinator Kellen Moore said that quarterback Dak Prescott (shoulder) "looked great" in practice on Wednesday during his first team drills in four weeks. As a result, Prescott is no longer on a pitch count. Dallas' franchise signal-caller completed 11 of his 12 passes in team drills on Wednesday and is fully expected to make the Week 1 start. The 28-year-old was on his way to a career season before his season-ending ankle injury early in 2020, and he is returning to all of his offensive weapons in 2021. Because of his rushing ability as well, Prescott has a solid floor as a strong and dependable QB1. Despite coming off that gruesome ankle injury from a year ago, fantasy managers have been comfortable drafting him as the fifth QB off the board, on average.
