The Chicago Cubs have come to terms on a minor league deal with relief pitcher Cody Allen. Allen was in camp with the Rangers, but eventually released. Allen was once a dominant closer with the Indians, but struggled last season with the Angels to the tune of a 6.26 ERA. The Cubs bullpen has been brutal this year and Allen will likely get a chance to get his career back on track. Allen should be left on the waiver wire for now.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
