Cowboys Activate James Washington From Injured Reserve
2 years agoThe Dallas Cowboys activated wide receiver James Washington (foot) from Injured Reserve on Saturday, and he'll play in Week 14 against the Houston Texans on Sunday, according to a source. Earlier this week, head coach Mike McCarthy said Washington was "ready to go." The 26-year-old suffered a broken foot in training camp during the summer and will be making his 2022 season debut this weekend. Washington will have his snaps limited after such a long layoff, so he shouldn't be any starting fantasy lineups against Houston, but he'll give the Cowboys more receiver depth to close out the regular season and into the playoffs. The former Steeler will likely struggle to produce fantasy relevant numbers over the final five games of the season.
