Chase Edmonds Has 73 Scrimmage Yards In Week 17
2 years agoDenver Broncos running back Chase Edmonds was the clear No. 2 to Latavius Murray yet again in the team's Week 17 loss to the division-rival Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. Edmonds finished the 27-24 loss with seven carries for 34 yards (4.9 yards per carry) and also caught all three of his targets through the air for 39 yards, which was third on the team. His usage may have been more limited had Marlon Mack not injured his hamstring in the first quarter. Still, Edmonds should remain the No. 2 in Denver for the Week 18 regular season finale against the Los Angeles Chargers, even if Mack returns. But in an offense that has really struggled to put up points and sustain drives this year, Edmonds should remain well off the fantasy radar in season-long leagues and DFS next weekend.
