Chase Claypool Could See 10-35 Snaps In His Bears Debut
2 years agoChicago Bears head coach Matt Eberflus said that new wide receiver Chase Claypool could see anywhere from 10 to 35 offensive snaps in his debut with the team in Week 9 against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday. Claypool will be active, but how many snaps he gets could be dependent on how many plays the offense has as a whole. Fantasy managers shouldn't want to roll the dice with that with Claypool as a flex option in his first game in Chicago. And we also have no idea what the chemistry is like between Claypool and quarterback Justin Fields after they've been working with each other for less than a week. Darnell Mooney should remain Claypool's top target in a low-volume and low-upside offense.
