Philadelphia Flyers goaltender Carter Hart (ankle) will start on Thursday night against the Washington Capitals. It is his first start since February 21. The 20-year-old has a 13-8-1 record to go along with a 2.79 goals-against average and .917 save percentage. Hart had earned himself rookie of the year consideration before being injured, but he was 0-2-0 with a .666 save percentage in his last two starts. The Capitals have won seven of their past eight games, including a 5-3 win over the Flyers on March 6. While Hart has been solid throughout his first season, this is not the best spot to start him. He is a mediocre fantasy play on Thursday's slate.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBallerRead More News
