Carlos Hyde Should Be Ready For Week 9
3 years agoJacksonville Jaguars running back Carlos Hyde (calf) was a full participant in practice on Thursday after he was limited on Wednesday. Barring a setback, Hyde should be active for the Week 9 game against the Buffalo Bills, and there's a chance that he could operate as the team's primary running back if James Robinson (heel) is unable to play this weekend. Hyde only has 33 carries for 140 yards (4.2 yards per carry) behind Robinson this year in six games, and he'd be facing an extremely stingy Bills defense, so at best, the veteran running back would be on the RB2/3 borderline for those that roster Robinson or are desperate for an RB this week.
