6 years agoNew Orleans Saints wide receiver Cameron Meredith heads into Week 9 with zero catches and zero targets over his last two games. Meredith was signed as a free agent in the offseason and did not start the season due to recovering from a torn ACL and MCL. Meredith caught five passes for 71 yards in Week 5 but has been non-existent since and has been supplanted in the offense by Tre'Quan Smith. Meredith is a smart route-runner but it is fair to question whether he is 100% recovered from his injury. Meredith may have been worth a bench spot in deeper fantasy leagues earlier in the season but he has disappeared in the Saints offense. Meredith is destined for the waiver wire currently and expectations are low this week against the Rams in Week 9.--Joey C - RotoBaller
