Browns Activate Harrison Bryant From COVID-19 List
4 years agoThe Cleveland Browns activated rookie tight end Harrison Bryant, safety Ronnie Harrison and linebacker Malcolm Smith from the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Saturday. They will be eligible to play in the wild-card game on Sunday night against the division-rival Steelers. Bryant will be serving as the backup to Austin Hooper in the third meeting with Pittsburgh this season, leaving him very limited fantasy appeal in playoff formats. The 22-year-old fourth-rounder out of Florida Atlantic caught 24 passes on 38 targets for 238 yards and three touchdowns in 15 games (nine starts) in his rookie season. Getting Harrison and Smith back on the defensive side of the ball is big for Cleveland, but their defense will be one of the weaker fantasy units against the Steelers on Sunday.
