Vancouver Canucks right-winger Brock Boeser nailed down a new three-year, $17.625 million contract to remain in British Columbia on Monday. The 22-year-old, who was a restricted-free agent, will join his team in training camp on Tuesday, looking to build off an impressive 56-point (26 goals, 30 assists) campaign in 2018-2019. Boeser has emerged as one of the game's top young goal-scorers, surpassing the 25-goal mark in each of the past two seasons. As a fixture on the Canucks first line and top power-play unit, the Minnesota native should see a steady increase in offensive production in 2019-2020, provided that he can stay healthy and eclipse the 70-game mark for the first time. Paired with another ultra-talented young forward in Elias Petterson, Boeser should climb up draft boards following his new contract.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
