Brayden Point Tallies Three Points Thursday Night
1 year agoTampa Bay Lightning center Brayden Point led the charge as the team took down the Blackhawks 4-2 on Thursday. He scored a power-play goal and had two assists in the contest. Point ended a brief dry spell with the performance, having gone without any points in the previous two games. Despite his recent shakey form, Point has opened the 2023-24 campaign strongly and is averaging over a point per game, with seven goals and 14 assists posted in 17 appearances. It looks like he will be flirting with the 100-point mark again if he can stay healthy. There have been only four players in Lightning history with 100-point seasons.
