Tampa Bay Lightning center Brayden Point led the way during their 5-1 victory over the Ottawa Senators on Thursday evening as he tallied three points. In the opening frame, Point tallied the primary assist on Jake Guentzel's power-play goal. Then, in the third, Point would find the back of the net on a wrist shot and add another primary assist, this time on Nick Paul's empty-netter. The 28-year-old also tallied five shots on goal, three hits, and one blocked shot in this contest. This was his first multi-point showing since December 28. Over his previous 10 games entering Thursday, Point tallied six points (three goals, three helpers). Overall, Point has tallied 56 points in 48 games and remains a must-start player in all formats, given his role in the Tampa Bay offense.--Andy Smith
