Florida Panthers defenseman Brandon Montour had an incredible outing against Ottawa on Thursday, racking up four points and five blocks in a 7-2 victory. He matched the franchise record for most points in a game by a defenseman, opening the scoring and handing out power-play three assists. Montour has been on a very impressive scoring tear lately, averaging two points per game across his last five appearances. The 28-year-old has almost doubled his previous career-high with a 71-point effort across 77 games this season. Having also added 92 hits and 89 blocks with 230 shots on goal and 101 penalty minutes, Montour has been one of the most valuable d-men in fantasy hockey.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
