Tampa Bay Lightning winger Brandon Hagel racked up a career-high five assists as his squad eased to an 8-2 victory against Colorado Monday night. Hagel matched a franchise record with the five-assist effort, becoming the fourth player in Lightning history to set up as many goals in a single game. The 28-year-old has quietly put together a very strong season, becoming Tampa Bay's second-highest scorer. A run of three consecutive multi-point efforts has pushed Hagel to 28 points (nine goals, 17 assists) for the year. He has formed a deadly one-two punch on the second line with Anthony Cirelli, who scored in a sixth consecutive game on Monday.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
