Brandin Cooks A Trade Candidate
5 years agoLos Angeles Rams wide receiver Brandin Cooks, who has already been traded twice in his career with a first-round pick included on each occasion, could be traded again this offseason. However, the seventh-year wide receiver probably wouldn't require a first-round pick as compensation this time. If he's not traded, Cooks is definitely a candidate to have his contract restructured, as he's set to make $16.8 million in 2020 after he had a career-low 42 catches and two touchdowns in 2019 in 14 games. He broke a string of four straight seasons with 1,000 yards receiving, but Cooks fell to third behind Robert Woods and Cooper Kupp. A change of scenery could be best for Cooks' fantasy value, as he could get buried once again in an LA offense with a lot of mouths to feed.
