Columbus Blue Jackets center Boone Jenner is set to undergo surgery to repair a fractured thumb and he will need around four weeks of recovery time. With the team having already suffered a number of injuries up front, Jenner has played a massive role as the first-line center this season, but he sadly now also finds himself on the shelf. The 29-year-old has collected 11 goals and 11 assists in 29 outings. With Cole Sillinger (undisclosed) also ruled out for Monday's matchup against Dallas, Columbus' center depth is getting properly tested. Kent Johnson will be between Johnny Gaudreau and Patrik Laine on Monday, with the 20-year-old getting a huge opportunity to impress.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
