Toronto Maple Leafs center Auston Matthews will not participate in on-ice activities at the upcoming All-Star weekend as he is currently dealing with an ongoing wrist injury. The 22-year-old is planning on still attending the event and representing the Maple Leafs throughout the event. Matthews is putting together a career-season in 2019-2020 - having already posted 57 points, a plus-14 rating, 17 power-play points and 195 shots on goal in 49 games through the break. Tied for the second in the NHL in goals (34), Matthews is continuing to prove that's he's already one of the game's most lethal shooters. The Leafs have officially listed Matthews as day-to-day and are hopeful he can return to action after the break. Ottawa Senators winger Brady Tkachuk will replace the Arizona native in on-ice portion of the weekend's festivities.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
