San Francisco Giants outfielder Austin Slater (calf) was forced to exit early during Thursday's Cactus League contest. It sounds like he was pulled due to calf tightness, so it doesn't sound too serious. It's worth noting that Slater has also been dealing with a nerve issue in his elbow. The expectation is that Slater should be fine going forward, but he might miss a few days due to this calf injury.
