The Los Angeles Kings shocked the Vegas Golden Knights early and never looked back on Sunday night. The club scored the first three goals of the game en route to a 4-1 victory. Anze Kopitar scored his 19th and 20th goals of the season. He’s now scored at least 20 goals in three straight seasons. Overall, he has 59 points in 66 games. Alex Iafallo had a goal and an assist to give him 40 points on the year. He has eight points over his past 10 games. Drew Doughty added two helpers in the contest and now has 32 points on the season. Calvin Petersen was a rock in net. He stopped 42 of 43 shots, including five from Shea Theodore. The Vegas’ defenseman scored the only goal in the loss. He has five points in his last six games. The Kings managed just 17 shots on net but Marc-Andre Fleury stopped only 13 pucks. It was another uneven performance for the veteran netminder, who was coming off a 29-save shutout. --Marc Hulet - RotoBaller
