2 years agoArizona Cardinals kicker Matt Prater (hip) was limited in practice for the second straight day this week on Thursday. Prater has missed the team's last three games, but he's trending in the right direction and could have a chance to kick this weekend against the Minnesota Vikings. If he makes his return in Week 8, he's expected to only attempt field goals and extra points. Due to his injury, fantasy managers are probably best off avoiding Prater for better options. Rodrigo Blankenship was signed last week, and he made both of his field goals and two of his three extra points in last Thursday's win over the New Orleans Saints. If Prater isn't cleared, Blankenship would serve as Arizona's kicker for the second straight week.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
