3 years agoSan Francisco 49ers running back JaMycal Hasty (ankle) put in his second straight day of limited practice on Thursday. Hasty has been out of action since Week 9, but he's looking set to return in Week 13 against the Seattle Seahawks to take the place of rookie Trey Sermon (ankle) as the scarcely utilized No. 3 back for San Francisco behind rookie Elijah Mitchell and Jeff Wilson Jr. With Mitchell eating up the vast majority of the team's backfield touches this year, it's left very little room for anyone else to make noise behind him, so Hasty and Wilson won't be realistic starting options in fantasy leagues against Seattle. Hasty has played in just five games in 2021 and has 13 carries for 48 yards and a touchdown and has added 13 receptions on 18 targets for another 91 yards.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
