8/9:Atlanta Braves manager Brian Snitker thinks that starting pitcher Anibal Sanchez (calf) will be ready to make his next start after leaving early on Thursday after taking a line drive off his left calf in the second inning. The veteran right-hander tossed two scoreless innings with one strikeout before departing against the Nationals. His ERA is down to 2.83 on the year to go along with an 8.79 K/9 over 15 starts. He should continue to be an option in mixed leagues for the surprising Braves, although he might be riskier than normal in his next outing.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
