Amon-Ra St. Brown Building Rapport With Jared Goff
3 years agoDetroit Lions rookie wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown has 13 catches for 135 yards in the last two games and continues to build chemistry with quarterback Jared Goff. The Lions have had their fair share of injuries on offense, but they have also made a conscious effort to get the fourth-rounder more involved after he started the season with only 10 targets and six catches in the first three games. "He's a guy that as a rookie, he doesn't look like a rookie. He's stepped up and he's a guy that four or five years from now, I expect to be in the tops of the league of guys in the slot or even outside that can make those plays and do those things that you'd like to see him do," Goff said. St. Brown is starting to become Goff's favorite target, which has put him on the WR4/flex radar in deeper PPR formats entering Week 6 against the Cincinnati Bengals.
