Amari Cooper's Injury Isn't Much Of A Concern
1 year agoCleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski said that wide receiver Amari Cooper's (undisclosed) "minor tweak" isn't a long-term concern. Cooper is feeling good, and Stefanski didn't rule out him being on the field on Monday. The 29-year-old wideout suffered a minor undisclosed injury during practice on Sunday, and it's confirmed to be unrelated to his offseason core-muscle surgery. Fantasy managers shouldn't be too concerned this early in training camp as long as it doesn't resurface later on. Cooper should continue to be Cleveland's top wideout, but he'll have more competition for targets in 2023 after the team added Elijah Moore and Marquise Goodwin in free agency and rookie Cedric Tillman in the draft.
