Amari Cooper Active On Monday Night
3 years agoDallas Cowboys wide receiver Amari Cooper (ribs) is officially active on Monday night against the Philadelphia Eagles. Cooper suffered bruised ribs in the Week 2 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, but he was able to practice in full on Friday and Saturday and was never in any real danger of missing this game. He was taken off the final injury report on Saturday. The 27-year-old played all but two offensive snaps last Sunday but disappointed with only three catches for 24 yards. It came after a monster Week 1 in which he had 13 receptions for 139 yards and two touchdowns. The Eagles defense has been stingy to opposing receivers in two games so far, but Cooper is a must-start as one of the team's top aerial targets.
