Los Angeles Kings forward Adrian Kempe (personal) will play on Thursday against the Anaheim Ducks. Kempe missed a significant portion of Monday's loss to the Seattle Kraken to be with his wife, who gave birth to the couple's first child. He is expected to return to his usual spot on the first line alongside Andrei Kuzmenko and Anze Kopitar. The trio has developed good chemistry, and both Kempe and Kuzmenko were on a four-game point streak heading into Monday's matchup. Meanwhile, Kopitar has averaged a point per game over the last five contests. With 77 games played, Kempe leads the Kings in goals (33) and points (64) this season.--Taavi Pailk
