A.J. Green Will Not Play Against Raiders
5 years agoCincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor said that wide receiver A.J. Green's (ankle) swelling in his left ankle went down, but it's still not good enough for him to make his season debut in Week 11 against the Raiders. Green could wind up not playing at all this season if he doesn't improve anytime soon. If you have other pressing needs on your roster and are in contention for a playoff spot, it's time to consider moving on from Green if you've been stashing him this whole time. Tyler Boyd and Auden Tate have a good matchup in Oakland this weekend, but it remains to be seen if rookie quarterback Ryan Finley can take advantage. Alex Erickson should be the No. 3 receiver.
