BALLER MOVE: Start in 10+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: QB1
ANALYSIS: Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray started the year on the Physically Unable to Perform list after suffering a torn ACL late last season. However, the star quarterback made his season debut in Week 10 after missing the first nine games of the year.
The former Oklahoma star has been productive over his first two games of 2023, averaging 231.5 passing yards, 0.5 passing touchdowns, 42 rushing yards, one rushing touchdown, and 19.5 fantasy points per game. Furthermore, he has been the QB6 in his two weeks on the field this season.
Last week, Murray completed 66.7% of his pass attempts for 214 yards and a touchdown against the Houston Texans, totaling 21.7 fantasy points. The veteran also made plays with his legs, totaling seven rushing attempts for 51 yards and a touchdown in the loss.
Meanwhile, Murray faces the Los Angeles Rams in Week 12. The Rams have surrendered 16.7 fantasy points per game to quarterbacks this year, slightly above the league average. Yet, they have struggled when facing star-caliber quarterbacks. Los Angeles gave up 27.9 fantasy points to Dak Prescott and 27.3 to Jalen Hurts. Expect Murray to have a solid performance against the division rivals.
