Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco was held out of the team's Week 18 contest, which isn't really a surprise since the Chiefs rested their starters for the meaningless contest against the Chargers.
However, Pacheco is notable because he's dealt with injury issues over the final month of the season, missing time with a shoulder issue and also suffering a concussion on Christmas Day against the Raiders.
Will Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco play in the opening round of the playoffs?

Isiah Pacheco Injury Update for Fantasy Football
While Pacheco missed time in December, he was good to go on New Year's Eve against the Cincinnati Bengals, carrying the ball 18 times for 130 yards in a 25-17 victory.
He was out last week with "quad/shoulder" as the official designation, but it's hard to really know how seriously to take that considering the Chiefs rested their starters across the board.
Unless we hear otherwise heading into Saturday's meeting with the Miami Dolphins, fantasy football managers should assume that Isiah Pacheco is good to go.
Isiah Pacheco Fantasy Football Outlook
Isiah Pacheco has firmly established himself as Kansas City's No. 1 running back and if he's good to go against the Miami Dolphins this week, he should be in line for a strong showing.
Pacheco has rushed for over 100 yards in two of the last three games he's played, though he's also missed three games during that span. He rushed for a season-high 130 yards in Week 17, the most recent game that he played.
This will be Pacheco's second game against the Miami Dolphins this season. Back in Week 9 in a game played in Germany, Pacheco had 16 carries for 66 yards in KC's 21-14 victory. That was the start of a four-game span in which Pacheco went over 50 rushing yards in each game.
