DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (2/12/19): NBA DFS Lineups

We had a larger Monday slate, which means we're back to a relatively small Tuesday slate. Still, there are five games, and we only have a few more slates before the All Star Break. We have to take advantage of these slates before the NBA makes us take a break from it all, right?

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 2/12/19. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on DraftKings.

You can also check out today's FanDuel lineup picks. As always, don't set your lineups too early. Be sure to check all the NBA starting lineups and player statuses and availability prior to opening tip. Give me a follow on Twitter @BalesSJustin with questions or comments. Good luck everyone.

DraftKings DFS Guards

Trae Young - PG, vs LAL ($6,700)

Young continues to play at an extremely high level for the Altanta Hawks, averaging 19.5 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 8.3 assists (39.0 DK points) in 30.1 minutes per game over the last 10 days. He's coming off of a bad game, but has scored 30+ DK points in nine of his last 10 games, including five games with 40+ DK points. He gets a great matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers in what should be the fastest paced game on the slate. Young is an option that can be used in all leagues.

Patty Mills - PG/SG, at MEM ($4,100)

Derrick White continues to miss time, which opens the door for Mills to find success. Over the last 10 days, he's averaging 13.0 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 3.7 assists (22.8 DK points) in 24.3 minutes per game over the last 10 days. Overall, Mills has scored 20+ DK points in eight of his last 10 games, while flashing 30+ DK point upside. He's also averaging 25.8 DK points per game against the Memphis Grizzlies this season. Mills is still extremely cheap, and he's safe enough to be considered in all leagues.

DraftKings DFS Forwards

Kyle Kuzma - SF/PF, at ATL ($6,000)

Kuzma has quietly been heating up, scoring 46.25 and 38.75 DK points in his last two games. He has flashed tremendous scoring potential in those games, totaling 64 points. This game is going to feature an elite pace, and there should be plenty of scoring involved. Kuzma is a main focal point of the Los Angeles Lakers offense, but his price tag doesn't represent that. He's a bit too cheap for a five game slate, and he can be considered in all leagues.

Anthony Davis - PF/C, vs ORL ($10,300)

When is the last time we got Davis this cheap? It simply doesn't happen. He only played 25 minutes in his first game back from injury, but he has since played 34 minutes in his next game. Davis has seen his price tag stay low because he only scored 51.25 and 51.5 DK points in those games, but he comes with significantly more upside. Davis has stated multiple times that he doesn't want to play for the New Orleans Pelicans anymore, but he simply doesn't have a choice. While he does come with a bit more upside than before, he should see 30+ minutes again tonight, making him an elite option for his current price tag.

DraftKings DFS Centers

JaVale McGee - C, at ATL ($4,800)

McGee has seen his role increase since the trade of Ivica Zubac. He has played 26 and 30 minutes in his last two games, scoring 43.75 and 28.5 DK points in those games. He's an athletic big, who can take advantage of the pace in this game, as well. Furthermore, the Atlanta Hawks have struggled against centers this season, and McGee scored a healthy 1.07 DK points per minute in their only matchup this season. McGee is still absurdly cheap, and he can be considered in all leagues.
