Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Eli Rogers (knee) returned to practice on Wednesday, starting the team's 21-day window to activate him from the Physically Unable to Perform list. Rogers is working his way back from a torn ACL last year and shouldn't be on anyone's fantasy radar the rest of the way.
