Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller

5043 articles

You won't find a bigger Cubs fan than myself. Aside from my love of fantasy sports, which includes MLB, NFL and NBA, I own my own animal care business. I graduated from Columbia College in Chicago and currently reside in Chicago, IL. My love of fantasy sports started for me in the early 2000's and I have steadily been active with the same group of friends year in and year out for every league in baseball, basketball and football. I am hoping to help all RotoBaller members with any questions they may have. I consider myself an expert with minor league prospects, as it is a love of mine. I hope to give the best advice I can to the RotoBaller world!

Chicago White Sox manager Rick Renteria said he is “hoping” top prospect and outfielder Eloy Jimenez (knee) will play on Sunday. The Chicago White Sox have released outfielder Willy Garcia. Garcia has been rehabbing from a wrist injury, but was on the outside looking in to break camp. The 25-year-old should be able to land a minor league contract, but shouldn’t be owned in 2018.

Michael Kopech Won’t Make Opening Day Roster

Chicago White Sox top pitching prospect Michael Kopech will begin the year in the minors. Kopech is still working on his third pitch, a changeup, and with the White Sox in rebuild mode, there is no incentive to start his big league clock. Kopech is one of the best young arms in the game and […]
