Christopher Bell put the problems of the first two weeks behind him and won the pole for the Pennzoil 400 on Sunday. His 182.673 mph lap bested Kyle Larson's effort by 0.289 seconds. The Joe Gibbs Racing driver is the second driver this year to win their first career pole. The other was Austin Cindric (winner of the Daytona 500). Bell had one of the fastest cars in the morning practice session as well, topping 182 mph (average speed) frequently on speed loops. If his engine does not overheat, the No. 20 car is going to be one to watch in Las Vegas on Sunday.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
