Colorado Avalanche center Nathan MacKinnon missed Tuesday's practice with a lower-body injury and could be in doubt for Thursday's game against Vancouver. Head coach Jared Bednar is expected to address the situation after Wednesday's practice. J.T. Compher took over the center position on the top line. Colorado seems to be allergic to a healthy lineup this season, and MacKinnon himself has already missed some time. There are actually just nine skaters on the team who have featured in all 10 games. On Tuesday, there was some good news as well, as the team had Valeri Nichushkin (upper body) back at practice and on the second line, and Cale Makar (upper body) also looks ready to return to action on Thursday.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
