This contest is a SuperFlex contest, which means you have the option of playing two quarterbacks. Read my picks below, and then join us in this tournament as we battle it out for the cash prizes!

OwnersBox Quarterback Picks

On OwnersBox, you have the option of starting two quarterbacks as this is a Superflex contest.

Daniel Jones, NYG ($5,900) - vs ATL

Daniel Jones is coming off of a really, really strong fantasy game in Week 2. He was 22-for-32 throwing the ball, passing for 249 yards and a touchdown. He also had 95 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown.

Jones has seen an increase in his rushing usage. Dating back to last season, he's rushed the ball six or more times in three consecutive games. In Week 1, the Falcons allowed Jalen Hurts to pass for 264 yards and three touchdowns, plus he added 62 yards on the ground. Jones isn't Hurts, but it's definitely worth noting that this Falcons defense has struggled, allowing the 12th-most yards through two games and the 10th-most yards per play.

Sam Darnold, CAR ($5,600) - @ HOU

Houston's defense looks better than it should because it faced the Jags in Week 1 and got some picks out of it. Baker Mayfield was 19-for-21 against the Texans last week, but the team's running backs combined for 26 carries because...well, because they could.

Darnold is a great value play on Thursday against a defense that's exploitable. Sure, Christian McCaffrey might go off and ruin some of Darnold's value, but Darnold is currently 11th in the NFL in passing yards, has thrown just one interception, and his offensive line is protecting him well, with Darnold having the ninth-lowest sack rate.

This is such a good salary for someone who has been playing the best football of his career.

OwnersBox Running Back Picks

Clyde Edwards-Helaire, KC ($5,800) - vs LAC

It hasn't been the best season so far for Edwards-Helaire, but the good news about that for fantasy managers is that it means his salary keeps slipping. If you believe that CEH is talented, then this is the week to bet on him showing it.

Why? Because the Chargers defense got gashed by the Cowboys last week. Ezekiel Elliott and Tony Pollard combined for 29 carries for 180 yards and two touchdowns. They also had five catches for 57 yards.

Edwards-Helaire is currently just 26th in the NFL in rushing yards with 89. But both Elliott and Pollard had pretty bad numbers coming into that Chargers game and both posted strong numbers. I'll take the risk on CEH to do the same thing.

OwnersBox Wide Receiver Picks

Emmanuel Sanders, BUF ($4,300) - vs WAS

The Football Team was supposed to have the NFC East's best defense. Maybe they still will, but through two games, they've allowed the NFL's ninth-most passing yards.

Buffalo has the seventh-fewest passing yards in the league and Josh Allen hasn't been great. Last week, he was 17-for-33 for just 179 yards.

Six of those targets went to Emmanuel Sanders, who brought in two balls for 48 yards. That followed his four catches for 52 yards in Week 1.

Sanders is putting up solid numbers. Per AddMoreFunds, he's 13th in the league in air yards, so there's some really good upside here if Josh Allen can just a little bit more accurate. He completed 69.2 percent of his passes last year, but is only at 56.0 percent this year. He's 30th in deep ball completion percentage but was ninth last season. If Sanders keeps getting this usage, he's due for some big games.

Jalen Reagor, PHI ($4,200) - @ DAL

Last week against Dallas, Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert threw for 338 yards, with two of his receivers finishing with 90 or more yards.

The week before, the Cowboys let Tom Brady throw for 379 yards, with three players finishing with 90 or more yards.

What I'm saying is that this Cowboys defense is really susceptible to big games from receivers. DeVonta Smith and Jalen Reagor both have double-digit targets this season for the Eagles, with Smith ahead 15 to 11. But on OwnersBox this week, Smith costs $800 more than Reagor, so I'm saving some salary and going with Philly's No. 2 receiver. Both have the same number of touchdowns (one) and both should be heavily involved in Monday's game plan.
