Omar Narvaez Leads Offense Past Red Sox
Seattle Mariners catcher Omar Narvaez clubbed his second homer of the season in Sunday's win over the Red Sox. He finished the afternoon going 2-for-5 with two runs and three RBI as the M's won 10-8. The 27-year-old backstop batted fifth in the order in this game and should continue to see the bulk of the playing time behind the dish this season. He clubbed nine homers a year ago and batted a crisp .275 in 97 games for the White Sox, and we should expect similar, if not better numbers in 2019.
