San Jose Sharks forward Joe Pavelski potted a goal and added an assist in his team's 5-2 victory over the New Jersey Devils on Monday night. Pavelski's tally, his 20th in 32 games, moved the Sharks' captain into a tie for fourth in the entire NHL in goals scored this season. After getting off to a slow start last season, the 34-year-old is now just two goals shy of the 22 he scored in all of 2017-2018, proving that any kind of offensive decline is not in the cards for him just yet. Pavelski has now registered a goal in six of his last eight contests and will take the ice against the Dallas Stars on Wednesday with 27 points, nine power-play points and 89 shots on the season.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
