Winnipeg Jets forward Kyle Connor scored the first goal of the game on Friday, but it ended up being the only one for the Jets as they fell to the Sabres. Connor now has at least one point in each of his last four games and 16 points on the season. His goal on Friday came at even strength, but his success on the power play has helped him build on his 57 point sophomore season. Connor already has seven power-play points this season and could eclipse his 11 power-play points from last season sooner rather than later. Connor is proving himself to be a capable scorer and playing alongside Patrik Laine at even strength and on the power play should only help his production.--Russ Ivanac - RotoBaller
