Texas Rangers starting pitcher Mike Minor had a good start to the season, but that came to a screeching halt on Saturday. Minor gave up five earned runs in five innings against the Astros, getting a no-decision in Texas' extra inning win. Converting back to a starting role is always going to have its ups and downs for the left and this was just one of those downs. Minor is a good short-term option with 14 strikeouts and five walks in 15 2/3 innings. However, if Minor can put together some nice starts going forward, he will be a prime sell-high candidate. He has not thrown 200 innings since 2013 and his performances will likely fade in the second half of the season.--Ben RolfeRead More News
