Chris Rodriguez Jr. Offers Touchdown Upside in Week 14 Against Minnesota
Washington Commanders running back Chris Rodriguez Jr. has emerged as the team's RB1 over the past few weeks. Rodriguez has scored in three of the past four games, and despite leaving early during Week 10's loss against the Detroit Lions, he did start that game and has handled the bulk of the carries since. In the past two games, the 25-year-old back has 26 carries for 120 yards and one touchdown, with rookie Jacory Croskey-Merritt handling 13 and Jeremy McNichols getting a little more involvement than his usual pass-down role with 10 carries. His lack of receiving ability somewhat caps Rodriguez's fantasy upside. Still, Washington's offense should look more dynamic in Week 14 with Jayden Daniels (elbow) returning and Terry McLaurin back in the fold after his return in Week 13. Rodriguez should have a solid day on the ground against the Vikings' bottom 10 rushing defense and have a good chance of finding the end zone. He is ranked as RotoBaller's RB27 in PPR leagues in Week 14.
