Brock Boeser Notches Three Points in Overtime Victory
Vancouver Canucks right wing Brock Boeser was the main man in Monday's matchup against the Nashville Predators, finishing a 5-4 overtime victory with two goals and one assist. After he recorded two points during regulation, Boeser scored the second-latest overtime winner in franchise history, just two seconds before the end of the extra period. This has been a strange season for Boeser. The American forward began the campaign with three points in four appearances, but he's registered points on only two occasions since. However, both of those outings have been standout performances where he tallied three points. Nine points (six goals, three assists) in 11 outings puts Boeser tied for third in scoring on the Canucks team. Next up, he will have a four-game homestand to build some consistency.
