Pittsburgh Penguins forward Noel Acciari (abdomen) practiced fully on Sunday but isn't expected to play in Monday's preseason matchup against the Detroit Red Wings, Seth Rorabaugh of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports. The 33-year-old has been troubled by an abdominal injury throughout the preseason and is considered day-to-day. Following Monday night, Acciari will have two more opportunities to log some preseason action before the real stuff begins next week. Acciari has a limited role in the Penguins offense but adds a lot of physicality to the lineup. He ranked first on the team with 180 hits last season, while notching 12 points (five goals, seven assists) across 79 appearances.--Taavi Pailk
