Marquise Brown Still Not Practicing on Thursday
Marquise Brown (ankle) remains sidelined at Thursday's training camp practice, according to Chiefs beat writer Matt McMullen. The Chiefs don't consider Brown's ankle injury as anything serious, but he'll almost certainly sit out of the preseason opener this Saturday against the Arizona Cardinals. It doesn't sound like Hollywood's ankle injury is something that would sideline him going into the regular season, but it's definitely concerning for a player that appeared in just two regular-season games in 2024 due to a shoulder injury that required surgery. Brown could have a decent role early in the 2025 campaign if Rashee Rice (groin) is handed down a suspension, but durability concerns have dropped him to a WR59 ranking in fantasy at RotoBaller. The former first-rounder has missed 23 games in the last three seasons due to injuries.
