Mookie Betts Could Miss Sunday's Game
Mookie Betts was not in the starting lineup during Saturday's contest. Manager Dave Roberts said he wanted to give Betts a mental break given his offensive struggles heading into the All-Star break. It has been ugly as Betts has only 21 hits over his last 30 games. Roberts mentioned that Betts will sit out Saturday and potentially Sunday as well. It sounds like the team is taking it day-by-day and seeing how Betts feels mentally. Fantasy managers should stick with Betts through his struggles as he's a stud when he's clicking. Miguel Rojas started on Saturday and figures to get another nod at shortstop if Betts remains out again.
