Josh Naylor Homers in Diamondbacks Win on Monday Night
Josh Naylor went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer on Monday night against the Pirates, helping to power his team to a 5-0 victory. Naylor's home run came against lefty Andrew Heaney and gives him six on the season to go with his .287 batting average and .348 wOBA. It was his first home run of the year off a southpaw, but he has been thriving against right-handed pitching with a .313 average and .381 wOBA in the split. He isn't quite an elite option at the position, but he can be a solid option at first base in almost all formats since he's in an everyday role with Arizona and has posted fairly strong numbers across the board with the potential to improve as the summer goes on.
