Christian Yelich Homers Twice, Drives in Four on Thursday
Christian Yelich had a huge night in his team's 8-5 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates on Thursday. Yelich went 2-for-3 with two homers, three runs, four RBI, and one walk to power the Brewers to the win. The veteran outfielder got his team off to a quick start with a three-run homer in the top of the first inning and then came back and added a solo shot in the sixth. Yelich's batting average of .192 is rough, but he is contributing in other categories in fantasy, with nine homers, 24 runs, 30 RBI, and eight stolen bases. Fantasy gamers will certainly take that while hoping the career .284 hitter's average normalizes throughout the season.
