According to Mike Morreale of NHL.com, New Jersey Devils goaltender Jacob Markstrom (lower body) exited Wednesday's contest early and is expected to miss time. Markstrom departed in the second frame after a Boston skater crashed into his leg. Markstrom left the ice limping. Jake Allen replaced him for the remainder of the contest. Before exiting, the 34-year-old stopped six of the seven shots he faced. Allen stopped all 16 shots he faced en route to earning the victory. Fantasy managers should continue monitoring Markstrom's status. Jake Allen should see the majority of starts in the crease and is worth adding in standard formats. Over his previous four outings, he has held a .917% SV and a 2.28 GAA. Nico Dawes will likely be promoted from the AHL to fill the No.2 role.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller
