Gus Edwards is an undervalued sleeper in 2024 Fantasy Drafts. A proven producer, Edwards should outperform his ADP. Target Gus in your drafts this year.
BALLER MOVE: Target Around ~100 Overall
CURRENT ADP: ~114
ANALYSIS: The Los Angeles Chargers signed Gus Edwards from the Baltimore Ravens for the 2024 season. While J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards could be in a committee, Dobbins has an alarming injury history, and with such devastating injuries, it's unlikely he ever returns to consistently produce like he did before.
The Chargers also drafted Joe Alt at No. 5 overall, and their offensive line is shaping up to be one of the better units in the league (now ranked 12 by PFF).

Another factor in Gus's favor is Kimani Vidal's inexperience. The late-round 2024 Draft Pick faces an uphill battle to claim a role. Edwards has no shortage of highlight tape and scored 13 rushing TDs in 2023. He also didn't miss a game last season.
The Chargers under new head coach Jim Harbaugh are projected to be very run-heavy in 2023. Gus is a perfect pick for a zero-RB strategy team or as a FLEX/RB3, so you should target him around pick 100 in your Fantasy drafts.
